containing an area of about 17,200 square feet. The
new Crow Lease to be for the samo term and to
commence from the same date as the existing lease,
namely, 75 years renewable for a further period of 75 years, commencing from 31st August, 1903, and to be subject to all the clauses and conditions con-
-tained in the old Crown Lease together with the
foregoing and following.
(c). The lessees to pay into the Colonial Treasury within.
14 days of the date of a letter from the Director
of Public Works stating that the area is at their disposal; premium at the rate of 30 cents per square foot for the area coloured yellow. (d). The Crow Rent for the area coloured yellow to be
calculated at the rate of $450.00 per acre per annum. The revised Crow Rent for the entire area to be adjusted to the nearest even dollar and to conrence from the date mentioned in (c). (e). The leasees, at their option, to either:-
(i) fill in the whole of Marine Lot 281 and
the extension to same coloured yellow to
such levels as the Director of Public Works may approve and to construct for the protection of such reclaimed area between the points H and J a sea-wall of design and materials approved by the Director of Public Works;
or
(ii) form a slipway.
The whole of the works referred to under (i) or (ii) to be completed to the satisfaction of the Director of Public Works within a period of 2 years from the date mentioned in (a). (f). Any rights as regards marine frontage shall
